1. Specialist Medical Officer ( Deputy Commandant ) 

No.of Vacancies – 221 ( BSF – 55, CRPF – 129, SSB – 20, ITBP – 12 and Assam Rifles – 05 )

Pay Scale – Rs. 15,600 – 39,100/- plus Rs. 6,600/- per month

Maximum age - Not exceed than 40 years as on last date of receipt of application

Educational Qualification – Candidates must have completed Post Graduate / Diploma in concerned discipline and should have a recognized medical qualification of allopathic system of medicine included in the first or second schedule of part – II of the third schedule to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956.

Experience – Two and Half years

2. Medical Officer ( Assistant Commandant ) 

No.of Vacancies – 289 ( BSF – 50, CRPF – 39, SSB – 40, ITBP – 124 and  Assam Rifles – 36 )

Pay Scale – Rs. 15,600 – 39,100/- plus Rs. 5,400/- grade pay per month

Maximum age – Not more than 30 years as on last date of receipt of application

Educational Qualification – A recognized medical qualification of allopathic system of medicines included in the first or second schedule or part – II or the third schedule to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956.

3. Dental Surgeon ( Assistant Commandant ) 

No. of Vacancies – 04 ( CRPF – 02, SSB – 01 and Assam Rifles – 01 )

Scale of Pay – 15,600 – 39,100 /- plus Rs. 5,400/- grade pay per month

Maximum age – 35 years as on last date of receipt of application

Educational Qualification – Graduation in Dental Surgery from the recognized university / institution registered with Dental Council of India with minimum 60% marks in aggregate.
